Loops is owned and operated by ArandMedia. By using Loops, loops.community, findloops.org, startaloop.com, ftp.social, or any Loop community, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Community owners are responsible for their own content, members, rules, pricing, and moderation decisions. Loops may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend communities, or take other action when needed to protect users, the platform, or ArandMedia.

Loops is provided as a platform service. Features, pricing, availability, and policies may change as the product evolves.

Users may not use Loops to harass, exploit, threaten, abuse, defraud, spam, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or publish unlawful content. Community owners must enforce their own rules without conflicting with the Loops Code of Conduct.

Payments, subscriptions, refunds, revenue share, and community monetization may be handled through third-party providers such as Stripe. Community owners are responsible for accurately describing what members receive and for complying with applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loops and ArandMedia provide the platform as-is and are not liable for user-generated content, community-owner decisions, lost revenue, lost data, indirect damages, or disputes between users and community owners.
